1. Intellectual Property & Attribution

All showcased design works, screenshots, and visual assets belong to their respective creators, studios, and copyright holders. INDEX indexes and displays these works for educational, critique, and inspirational purposes under fair practice with explicit creator attribution.

2. Submissions Guidelines

Submissions must represent original or authorized client works. Submissions containing harmful scripts, misleading claims, or intellectual property violations will be removed immediately.

3. Platform Availability

INDEX is provided free of charge on Cloudflare Workers edge infrastructure. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, access is provided “as is” without warranties.
